[Baked GI] Colored artifacts at seams
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Open 'SurfaceModularAssetTesting' scene
3. Bake the lightmap
4. Notice colorer artifacts visible on the columns
Expected result: the should be no color artifacts on seams
Reproduced in: 2018.1.0b1, 2017.3.0f3, 2017.2.1p1, 2017.2.0p1, 2017.2.0b7
Not reproduced in: 2017.2.0b6, 2017.1.2p4
Regression since: 2017.2.0b7
