Bad pose on FBX import (specific file)

1. What happened
Importing this specific file results in a bad pose and in consequence a bad Humanoid Configurarion and messed-up animation.

This file imports properly in 5.1

2. How we can reproduce it using the example you attached
Import attached Idle2Turn2Idle.fbx and set Rig>Animation Type to Humanoid
Look at Config and animation takes
...or...
Open attached project
note: project contains the same file, two times, each showing the issue a little differently. Same file, same bug, two different bad results.

Open file in 5.1 ... all good.
This happened on 1/200 files tested, but don't understand why this file doesn't import properly.
