Hierarchy window expand/collapse animation is stuttering when expanding/collapsing parent GameObjects
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project "Hierarchy.zip"
2. Toggle visibility of child GameObjects in the Hierarchy window
Expected result: Visibility animation of children GameObjects is toggled smoothly
Actual result: Visibility toggle animation of child GameObjects is stuttering
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.37f1, 2020.3.31f1, 2021.2.17f1, 2022.1.0b13, 2022.2.0a7
