[Backport] [UIR] Shadergraph and VFX Graph Text displays errors on Radeon GPUs
The text in the ShaderGraph shaders is displaying lines and other glitches.
Repro:
- make a new project in URP
- make a new shadergraph shader
- click to edit it
- notice extra lines around text, that shouldn't be there
Cannot reproduce in 2020.3 or 2021.2 - latest
Reproducible in 2022.1 and 2022.2 - trunk
Reproducible with the following GPU(s): Radeon Pro 560, Radeon RX Vega
