[Backport] Text is not displayed after scrolling when a Rect Mask 2D is attached to the Scroll View
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open 'Scene'
3. Enter the Play mode
4. Scroll down until the text is no longer visible in the Game view
5. Exit the Play mode
6. Observe the Scene
Expected result: Text is visible in the Scene
Actual result: Text is not visible in the Scene
Reproducible with: 2018.4.36f1, 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.15f1, 2021.1.16f1, 2021.2.0b5, 2022.1.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2022.1.0a2, 2022.1.0a4
