[Backport] Overrides window height is not adjusted when notifications also present in this window
Steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Instantiate model prefab
3. Add a few GameObjects as the children to it
4. Open Overrides window
==>
It contains message notification about impossibility to apply overrides to model
5. Start to Revert overrides one by one
==>
The notification start to overlap with overrides
Please, take a look into attached movie for details
