[AW] Must have 1 property in order to edit Event keys
I'm no longer able to select and edit an event key, unless there's at least 1 animated property in the clip.
repro:
-create a cube
-create a clip
-in the AW, add a couple events keys (do not add any properties)
-now try to select an event key to edit it's time...
cannot select the event key (bug)
-add a property (ex:Position)
-now, again, try to select an event key to edit it's time...
it's works!
this is a regression from 5.3
works fine in Version 5.3.2p2 (dec88fd2a56c)
