Avatar Masks with non-empty transforms prevent material reference animation of all but material slot 0
How to reproduce:
1. Open project "2021.2.x_avatar_mask_test.zip"
2. Open "TestScene" Scene (Assets>Scenes>TestScene)
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. In the Hierarchy window expand four Prefabs
5. Go through Prefabs while looking at the Inspector window and Game window
Expected result: All prefabs are changing all six materials
Actual result: Prefabs with "EnabledTransforms" and "DisabledTransforms" are changing just one material element
Reproducible with: 2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.20f1, 2021.1.25f1, 2021.2.0b16, 2022.1.0a12
