[Avatar] Hovering mouse over bones in avatar configuration editor doesn't always highlight them for selection
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Avatar Configuration for character found in Assets folder
3. Zoom in on bones and notice that sometimes hovering doesn't highlight them
