AudioClip.loadState does not return 'true' properly when "Load in Background" is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Select the menu BugReport then LoadAudioData
- Note how the progress bar never finishes loading
3. Cancel the loading
- Note the console message says "Loading"
4. Load the audio data again
- Note the console message says "Loaded" and no loading bar appears
