Audio preview plays from the beggining when pressing on the waveform to place a playback head
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "1294273_Repro" project
2. In the Project window select the "Miyavi - Need for speed" Asset
3. In the Inspector expand the preview window if it's not
4. Press anywhere on the waveform to place playback head
Expected results: The audio starts playing from where the playback head was placed
Actual results: The audio starts playing automatically from the beginning
Reproducible with: 2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.16f1, 2020.1.16f1, 2020.2.0b14, 2021.1.0a8
