[Audio Mixer] Send level not editable if no bus is selected
- Create new Audio Mixer
- Add a Send to the Master channel
- Notice that the Send level value can't be edited, even though it should
- Also the empty Bus dropdown can look strange (Maybe it should say None or Not selected or something like that)
