[Audio Mixer] Insert and Add in menu options for adding effects not needed
If you want to Add an effect from the Add.. button on o channel in the Audio Mixer window or from the Inspector menu options, all Effect menu options are prefixed with Insert or Add. That makes it very heavy on the way and seems unnecessary to have those extra words in there.
