Audio is playing in Standalone Build even when Audio Listener is not present
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project("AudioSourceTest")
2. Build and Run
Expected result: Audio Clip is not playing
Actual result: Audio Clip is playing
Reproducible with: 2017.4.29f1, 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.8f1, 2019.2.0b7, 2019.3.0a7
