Audio is not played through HMD even if "Hear Computer Audio in VR" option is selected when using com.unity.xr.oculus Package
How to reproduce:
1. Open "case_1168763-repro" project
2. Enter the Play Mode
Expected result: Sound is played through the HMD headphones
Actual result: Sound is played through another audio device
Reproducible with 2019.1.11f1, 2019.2.0b10, 2019.3.0a9
Note: Could not test on 2018.4 due to XR SDK Management package not showing any options in Project Settings
