Audio is delayed by ~0,5 sec after starting to play it in the Android/iOS Player

How to reproduce:
1. Open the "IN_45198" project
2. Open the "SampleScene"
3. In the Build Settings "Run Device" dropdown select a desired device
4. Press Build And Run
5. In the Player press the "Start/Stop" button

Expected result: no delay between button press and audio starting to play
Actual result: ~0,5 sec delay between button press and audio starting to play

Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a13, 2023.1.1f1, 2023.2.0a20
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.27f1, 2022.3.3f1, 2023.1.0a12

  1. Resolution Note (fix version 2023.3.0b4):

    Fixed an Android AAudio issue, where audio output latency could be 300ms or more.
