Audio from 00:00 is played for a split second when setting the time of the video before starting the playback
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open this project: https://oc.unity3d.com/index.php/s/32yUrmMx9vfx2GV
2. Open "music scene" scene
3. Start Play Mode
Expected result: Audio starts playing at the correct time
Actual result: Audio starts playing at 0:00 for a split second before cutting to the correct time
Reproducible with: 2018.2.0a6, 2018.2.8f1
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.11f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.0a5, 2018.3.0b1
Note: Audio from the start of the video is being played while Video Player loads the video to the chosen time, which means that it's less noticeable on smaller video sizes. This is why I didn't compress the video too much.
