Audio file preview Inspector breaks and throws NullReference exceptions when trying to preview file while It's already playing
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted project ("OggPreviewTest.zip")
2. Select the "Test.ogg" file
3. In Its Inspector window press the play button and while It's being previewed press it again
4. Observe the console
Expected result: The preview is reset to the start and plays the clip again
Actual result: NullReference exceptions are thrown and the Inspector breaks

Not reproducible in: 2019.2.0a13, 2019.2.0a1, 2019.1.1f1, 2019.1.0a1, 2018.3.14f1, 2017.4.27f1
Note: Restarting the Editor fixes the preview
