Audio clips after switching scene when scene has Timeline audio playing
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("Audio Mixer Volume Blip.zip")
2. Open Test Scene A scene
3. Enter Play mode
Expected result: Switching scenes clips audio
Actual result: Switching scenes doesn't clip audio
Reproducible with: 2017.4.34f1, 2018.4.13f1, 2019.2.13f1, 2019.3.0b11, 2020.1.0a13
