Attributes applied to fields are not carried to their respective components when generating authoring components
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Select the "ObjectWithBugScript" GameObject in the Hierarchy window
Expected result: Attribute applied to the field is carried to the respective authoring component. A slider is visible in the Inspector window under the "Bug Authoring" Script
Actual result: Attribute applied to the field is not carried to the respective authoring component. A slider is missing from the Inspector window under the "Bug Authoring" Script
Reproducible with: 0.50.0-preview.24, 0.50.1-preview.2 (2020.3.36f1)
Not reproducible with: 0.17.0-preview.42 (2020.3.36f1)
Couldn't test with: 0.50.0-preview.24, 0.50.1-preview.2 (2020.3.29f1 and lower) - due to errors in the Console window
