Assets imported from older version packages are not forced to be serialized as text
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached TextMetadata project. It has asset serialization set to be Forced Text. This can be checked by opening John.scene file with text editor.
2. Import attached Third Person MMO Controller package.
3. Open any scene that comes with this package with a text editor and see that text is unreadable - serialized as binary.
This issue can be worked around by reimporting all assets.
