Asset's Color values are read as raw pixel values when using Point Cache
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ASDQWE” project
2. Open the “Assets/SampleScene/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Observe the Scene View
Expected result: The VFX on the right has the same color as the image on the left
Actual result: The VFX on the right has whiter color as compared to the image on the left
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a16, 2022.3.4f1, 2023.1.3f1, 2023.2.0a22
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.28f1, 2022.2.0a15
Reproducible on: Intel macOS 13.4
