AssetPreview.IsLoadingAssetPreview returns false when a preview is requested
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "AssetPreview_IsLoadingAssetPreview.zip"
2. Open the Test Window (Test > Open Test Window)
3. Click on one of the rename buttons
Expected result: A warning does not appear (AssetPreview.IsLoadingAssetPreview returns true)
Actual result: A warning appears in the console indicating that AssetPreview.IsLoadingAssetPreview returned false
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a21, 2020.3.3f1, 2021.1.2f1, 2021.2.0a12
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.22f1, 2020.2.0a17
