AssetPostprocessor is notified about the deletion of the temporary asset
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by user (AssetPostprocessorBug_DuplicateAsset.zip)
2. Clear the console
3. Duplicate the "some_texture" asset with ctrl + d
4. Observe the console
Expected: duplicating an asset does not notify AssetPreprocessor about temporary asset import and deletion
Actual: AssetPreprocessor is notified about the deletion of the temporary asset
Reproduced in: 5.4.5p2, 5.5.3p2, 5.6.1p1, 2017.1.0b1, 2017.1.0b6, 2017.2.0a1

Resolution Note (2019.1.X):
This particular case has been investigated thoroughly and we have decided, in the interests of protecting the stability and features of Unity for users that rely upon the affected versions, to not address this fix for the time being. We understand that this will cause problems for some users, and so may address in a future version.
