AssetDatabase: RenameAsset()file does not check output length and automatically appends extension
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. User uses AssetDatabase.RenameAsset() to rename the file
3. It will generate some Unity 'move asset' errors that you'll have to force quit
4. After which if you look in '\Assets\VoxelTests\Vox' you'll find an exceeding long file name and corresponding meta file
5. Don't delete it as it will break Explorer
6. User winrar to delete those files

This particular case has been investigated thoroughly and we have decided, in the interests of protecting the stability and features of Unity for users that rely upon the affected versions, to not address this fix for the time being. We understand that this will cause problems for some users, and so may address in a future version.
