AssetDatabase.FindAsset doesn't find certain scriptable object when filtered by type
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (findAssets.zip)
2. Go to Bug Repro -> Test
3. Observe that console prints 0, when it should print 1
Expected: FindAssets ("t:BuildSettings") does find the scriptable object
Reproduced in 2017.4.11f1, 2018.1.5f1, 2018.2.8f1, 2018.3.0b2, 2019.1.0a1
