AssetDatabase.CopyAsset produces corrupt meta file
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Click on the added menu button Project/Copy broken file
3. Observe the Unable to parse file error
Expected result: the copied file should not produce a corrupt meta file
Reproduced in: 5.6.0f3, 5.6.0f1, 5.5.1f1, 5.4.4p4
Not reproduced in: 2017.1.0a6, 2017.1.0a1
