[AssetBundles] Texture corruption when changing Texture Quality in Runtime if AssetBundle stream was unloaded
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project and the scene in it
2) Make sure in 'Preferences -> Quality Settings' that there are multiple qualities which would have different Texture Quality setting (for example, have Fantastic with Full Res and Simple with Half ReS)
3) Build and run
4) Load the cube from asset bundle
5) Pick a differnt quality with GUI controls so that Texture Quality would change
6) Notice that the texture got corrupted
