[Asset] The default LWRP asset settings produce low-quality shadows
Fixed in URP 7.1.6
The default settings for a new LWRP produce low-quality shadows.
Might be a better first-time user experience if the settings are set to something a little bit higher.
Repro steps:
1. Install LWRP
2. Create a new LWRP pipeline asset
3. Assign it to Graphics in the Project Settings
4. Make a new scene and create a default cube
5. Observe shadows on the cube
