[Mono Upgrade] [Asset Store Tools] Login fails with SecureChannelFailure error
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Import Asset Store Tools
3. Open Log In menu by clicking Asset Store Tools > Package Upload menu item
4. Try to log in using credentials
Expected result: Login is successful
Actual result: Login fails with error - Error: SecureChannelFailure (Failed to create UnityTls context - error code: UNITYTLS_INVALID_ARGUMENT)
Reproduced with: 2021.2.0a18
