Asset Store Tab stays offline after reload
How to reproduce:
1. Turn off the Internet
2. Open a project(office mode)
3. Observe the warring in Asset Store Tab
4. Turn on the Internet
5. Hit with the right button on the Asset Store Tab and select reloud
6. Observe the tab is shows that you offline still
Actual result: Asset Store Tab is still offline after reload
Expected result: Asset Store Tab should go online
