[Asset Pipeline v2] Editor throws a fatal guid is uninitialized error and crashes when upgrading the packages
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP template project
2. Install the VFX package
3. Update the HDRP Package to 6.5.3
4. Observe the crash
Expected result: the packages are updated without issues
Actual result: upgrading packages with the Asset Pipeline V2 active sometimes results in fatal "guid is uninitialized" crashes
Reproduced in: 2019.3.0a1
Note: it crashes around 1/3 of the time
