Asset Import - Cancelling a package gives incorrect validation screen
Cancelling an asset import from asset store at the "Preparing Package - Decompressing" progress bar, presents you with a pop up stating "Nothing to Import - All assets from this package are already in your project"
This is incorrect as no packages or assets are installed. This pop up does not appear in 2017.4
Expected: No pop up. The process is self explainitory.
Steps to reproduce
- Open Unity
- Navigate to the asset store.
- Download and start importing any package. I used Unity Chan.
- When the Prepare Package - Decompressing progress bar appears press cancel.
Notice issue: Pop up appears "Nothing to Import - All assets from this package are already in your project"
Working 2017.4.17f1, 2018.1.0a1, 2018.1.0a5
Changed: 2018.1.9f2, 2018.1.0b1

Resolution Note:
The `.unitypackage` feature is deprecated in favour of the future Unity Package Manager package format. Sadly, the issue's user pain is too low to invest time on fixing it.
