Assertions and errors appear while undoing prefab asset replacement
Steps:
1. Add UI -> Slider GameObject to Hierarchy
2. Add UI -> Scroll View GameObject
==> It will be parented to the same Canvas
3. Convert "ScrollView" to prefab
4. Drag Slider GameObject on top of Scroll View prefab asset
==> Click Replace Anyway in the confirmation dialog
5. Undo
==>
Assertion failed on expression: '\!addedGameObject.targetCorrespondingSourceObject.IsEmpty()'
