'Assertion failed on expression: !((transfer.IsReading() || transfer.IsWriting())...' error when reimporting FBX model
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Import 'avatar_test' package
3. Reimport 'Motion.fbx'
Expected: there will not be any errors in console
Actual: error received: " Assertion failed on expression: '!((transfer.IsReading() || transfer.IsWriting()) && (temp != 0 && temp != 1))' ". Also if you reimport all assets always, there will not be any error.
Reproduced on: 5.5.0a6, p4, 5.6.0b4
Not reproduced on: 5.3.7p3, 5.4.4f1
