Assembly with cyclic references detected error is thrown when URP is installed alongside Cinemachine
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Import the URP package
3. Import the Cinemachine package
4. Observe the console window
Expected result: No errors are thrown and the packages are installed successfully
Actual result: Two "Assembly with cyclic references detected" errors are thrown
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b10, 2020.1.0a12
Could not test with: 2017.4.34f1, 2018.4.12f1, 2019.2.12f1(No package manager or URP)
Reproducible with package versions: 7.1.1, 7.1.2
Not reproducible with package versions: 7.0.0, 7.0.1
Notes:
The issue is reproducible when Cinemachine 2.3.5 - 2.4.0 versions are used alongside URP 7.1.1 and above
