Assembly Definition files do not force assembly creation on "Reimport All" if Cache Server is used
To reproduce:
- Start cache server
- Open attached project
- Make sure Unity connected to the cache server
- Make sure Assembly Definition Test gets compiled into the Test.dll at the Library\ScriptAssemblies
- Select menu item Assets\Reimport All
- Now take a look at the Library\ScriptAssemblies folder.
Note: First time I needed to delete the library to get this. Afterwards, I got this issue normally every time
Reproduced in 2017.3.0b1, 2017.3.0f2, 2018.1.0a7
