How to reproduce:
1. Open the "SampleScene" scene in the attached "repro1199877.zip" project
2. Observe the scene in the hierarchy (it should have ' * ' next to the title indicating that it has changed)
3. Hit CTRL + S to save the Scene

Expected Behaviour: The scene is saved and ' * ' symbol is gone
Actual Behavior: The scene is saved but ' * ' is reappearing

Reproducible with: 2017.4.35f1, 2018.4.13f1, 2019.2.13f1, 2019.3.0b12, 2020.1.0a14

Note: If you select any other option as the "Aspect Mode" the scene can be saved and the symbol is gone. The issue appears if you select "Envelope Parent" or "Fit In Parent" Aspect Mode again
