Aspect ratio breaks when resizing split screen or rotating the device with 2 Unity apks on the screen
To reproduce:
1. Open 2 any Unity projects in the split screen mode on Android;
2. Resize the split screen;
3. Rotate the device to the horizontal position and back.
Expected result: Aspect ratio should remain the same after rotating the device or resizing the split screen;
Actual result: Aspect ratio breaks after rotating the device or resizing the split screen.
Reproduced with: 2019.1.6f1, 2019.2.0b6, 2019.3.0a3, 2019.3.0a5.
