[asmdef] Build fails with AssemblyDefinitions
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "MinimalRepro" project
2. Build the project
Expected Result: The project builds successfully
Actual Result: the projects build fails with script errors
Reproduced with: 2018.2.0a1, 2018.1.0b6, 2017.3.1f1, 2017.3.0b1
Did not reproduce on: 2017.3.0a7 (Assembly Definitions implemented from 2017.3.0b1)
