Articulated hand mesh is stuck at its initial position when using Windows XR Plugin in HoloLens 2
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "HoloLens2HandTracking.zip"
2. Build And Run the project on HoloLens 2
Expected results: Articulated hand mesh tracks hand movement
Actual results: Articulated hand mesh is stuck at its initial position
Reproducible with: 4.6.1, 4.6.2 (2020.3.30f1)
Not reproducible with: 2.9.2 (2019.4.36f1), 4.6.0 (2020.3.23f1), 5.4.1 (2021.2.0a16)
Could not test with: 2021.2.13f1, 2022.1.0b9, 2022.2.0a5 (Windows XR deprecated)
