Arrays elements in Inspector window is misplaced when using them under Header Attribute
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "case1265139.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. In the Hierarchy window select "ReproObject"
3. Observe the Inspector window
Expected result: Array elements are in correct positions and usable
Actual result: Array elements are misplaced and unusable
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a13, 2020.2.0a20
Not reproducibe with: 2018.4.26f1, 2019.4.7f1, 2020.1.1f1, 2020.2.0a12
