Array is not cleared when using UnsafeBitArray.Clear()
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (ArrayTest.zip)
2. Open scene Scenes/SampleScene
3. Press the Play button
4. Observe the Console
Expected result: Console outputs both False values for cleared array slots
Actual result: Console outputs one True value despite having cleared the array
Reproducible with: 0.15.0-preview.21 (2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.18f1, 2021.2.0b9, 2022.2.0a6)
Not reproducible with: 0.9.0-preview.6 (2019.4.30f1), 0.14.0-preview.16, 0.17.0-preview.18 (2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.18f1, 2021.2.0b9, 2022.2.0a6)
