[ARM64] Windows Editor Crashes when aborting threads
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “CrashRepro“ project
2. On the Menu, select Thread Test → Thread Test
3. On the Thread Test window press “Start“
4. Wait a few seconds and press “Start“ again
Expected result: The thread is aborted and started again
Actual result: The Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0b5, 2023.3.0b9
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.35f1, 2022.3.20f1, 2023.3.12f1, 2023.3.0b4
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (ARM 64)
Not reproducible on: Windows 10 (Nvidia), Mac M1 (ARM 64)
