[ARKit] Facetracking subsystem crashes upon launching unless user specifically enables in settings.
Test results:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1kblEP6o9gpZ3b5nk7HpZ55G3aJSGzyJhETf_tJec36Q/edit?ts=5c703a9e
User's app crashes when launching Facetracking project unless they enable facetracking in settings, however, no errors point user where they need to go to enable this.
Repro:
- Open bitbucket project: https://bitbucket.org/Unity-Technologies/unity-arkit-plugin/get/arkit2.0_beta.zip
- Launch to iPhone X
- Observe crash immediately with no errors/warnings to tell user why they're unable to get app to run
Suggestion: Add a log of some sort that tells user where to go to enable Facetracking within the settings/files
