ArgumentException is thrown when calling Unity.Entities.Serialization.SerializeUtility.SerializeWorld and SubScene is disabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project and open Scenes/SampleScene scene
2. Enter the Play mode
3. Observe the Console window
Expected result: There are no errors
Actual result: ArgumentException: Tried to serialized an Entity reference however entity reference serialization has been explicitly disabled.
Reproducible with: 0.14.0-preview.18 - 0.17.0-preview.41 (2020.3.5f1, 2021.1.4f1, 2021.2.0a10)
Could not test with: 2018.4, 2019.4 (could not downgrade), 2021.2.0a11, 2021.2.0a14 (not related errors)
Note: The issue is not reproducible when SubScene is enabled
