[ARFoundation] Error CS0246 is thrown when Particle system built-in package is removed
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Install ARFoundation package
3. Remove Timeline package
4. Remove built-in particle system package
Expected result: No errors in the console or dependencies should be declared
Actual result: Error is thrown:
error CS0246: The type or namespace name 'ParticleSystem' could not be found
Reproducible with: ARFoundation 1.5.0-preview.7, 4.2.0-pre.9 (2018.4, 2020.3.14f1, 2021.1.14f1, 2021.2.0b3, 2022.1.0a1)
