[AR][Android] ARfoundation noticeable tracking lag on Android devices

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Build & Run to a mobile device
3. Tap and place about 30 objects
4. Shake the device
5. Observe the tracking lag

Expected result: ARfoundation tracking lag should not occur on Android devices

Reproduced in: 2018.3.12f1, 2018.3.5f1
Not reproduced in: 2018.3.4f1, 2018.3.3f1
Regression since: 2018.3.5f1

Reproduced with ARFoundation package: 1.0.0-preview.22

  1. Resolution Note:

    Issue does not reproduce in AR Foundation 1.5 or later. Please upgrade to a version of AR Foundation newer than 1.0.

    (Also, was testing on a Pixel 2 - according to this link here, that may be relevant for my case of video freezing - unsure on the tracking lag part).

    Still and issue for me in 2019.1 also. Preview package 2.1.

    Using an image target (2D) to trigger a video. Video does not track well (jumps around) and video hangs after 3-5 seconds (varies a bit from attempt to attempt).
