[APV] Seams between subdivision levels at cell boundaries
APV hides these seams between multiple subdivision levels at bake time: probes on the boundary between two subdivision levels can have their values modified, with smaller subdivision levels receiving pre-interpolated values from the larger level. However it does not work across different cells.
See the seams on the sphere located at the boundary between two subdivision levels.

Steps to reproduce:

2. Open the scene myscene.unity
3. Look at the sphere located in between two subdivision levels
\\
