[APV] Probes are not cleared after increasing Min Render Size
Ignore the project name, I repurposed the project from another bug. Also its optional.
Repro:
1) Make sure APV debug is enabled
2) Bake With Min Render size of 1 meter
3) Bake with Min Render size of 2 meters
Expected: Probes are cleared because there is no object bigger than 2 m
Result: Probes persist
